Project brief
프로젝트 내용
I run Delinea Secret Server Cloud (full Secrets Suite) and need someone who already knows its REST API inside out to bring two database platforms—MySQL and MongoDB—under management. I want the procedure to remain manual, yet fully documented and repeatable, so the next engineer on my team can follow it step-by-step without guessing.
Scope
• Use native Secret Server Cloud / SecretSuite API calls to create appropriate folders, secrets, and roles.
• Onboard the MySQL and MongoDB service accounts, set rotation schedules, and confirm successful check-in / check-out.
• Expose vault health and rotation events to our monitoring stack (Prometheus + Alertmanager) through the platform’s event hooks or syslog/HTTP endpoints. No extra plugins needed.
Deliverables
1. Working configuration for the two databases, exported from Secret Server Cloud.
2. All scripts (Python or PowerShell) with inline comments plus a concise README that walks through each manual step.
3. Monitoring integration settings and a test plan showing alerts trigger on rotation failure.
Acceptance Criteria
– A live demo in a temporary tenant proves secrets rotate and retrieve correctly.
– Exported configuration and scripts run cleanly in a fresh environment.
If you have completed similar Delinea implementations, this should feel straightforward; those past examples will help me assess fit quickly.
