I’m ready to move my existing WordPress site to a new hosting provider and simply need everything copied over exactly as it is now. I already have working logins for both the current server and the new one, so you can jump straight into the transfer without waiting on access details.
Scope
• Full file-level migration of the WordPress installation, including all plugins, themes, media uploads, and configuration files.
• Complete export/import of the MySQL database so every post, setting, and user is preserved.
• Transfer of all associated email accounts and their stored messages to the new host so nothing is lost.
• Point DNS or adjust nameservers once we confirm the new site is live, ensuring the switch happens with minimal downtime.
Acceptance criteria
1. The site loads from the new server with identical design, content, and functionality.
2. All admin logins, plugins, and permalinks work exactly as before.
3. Email accounts send and receive normally from the new host.
4. DNS propagation is confirmed and the old hosting can safely be cancelled.
If you’ve handled WordPress migrations before and can complete the job quickly while keeping the site online, I’d like to hear how soon you can start and your estimated turnaround time.
