프로젝트 내용
I need our mart’s bulk purchase records entered quickly and accurately into MARG ERP. You will work directly inside our existing company database, so familiarity with MARG’s purchase module, barcode batch handling, and shortcut keys is essential.
The task centres on high-volume data entry: full carton receipts coming from multiple suppliers, sometimes hundreds of SKUs per invoice. Each entry must capture the following mandatory fields:
• Supplier information
• Invoice details (number, date, taxable amounts, GST split, etc.)
• Product categories for correct inventory grouping
Turnaround is important because inventory and accounting rely on up-to-date figures; I expect daily progress uploads or screen-share checkpoints until the backlog is cleared. Accuracy will be spot-checked against physical invoices, and GST/tax calculations must reconcile inside MARG without manual adjustments.
When you apply, focus on your experience doing bulk entries in MARG (or a very similar pharma/FMCG ERP). If you have keyboard-macro tricks, import utilities, or other productivity methods, mention them briefly; no lengthy proposals are necessary—proven experience is what I’m looking for.
Once hired, I will supply remote-desktop access, PDF scans of invoices, and our SKU master sheet so you can start immediately.
